London, Greater London, United Kingdom Azur Technology Full time £80,000 - £100,000 per year
Description

Product Delivery Manager – Insurance.

Location: London, UK / Hybrid

Salary up to £70,000 + bonus and benefits depending on level and experience

About Azur Technology

At Azur Technology, we're redefining how our clients harness technology and AI — not just to automate, but to truly transform the way they do business. Our flagship product, MGA Connect

We're a high-performance, high-trust team, currently 100+ poeple, that values autonomy over hierarchy and ambition over comfort. Here, you'll join a culture that's collaborative, fast-moving, and driven by purpose — with the opportunity to help shape the growth of a category-defining product at one of the most exciting moments in our company's journey.

We are now looking for a Product Delivery Manager to join our growing team.

Role Purpose

The Product Delivery Manager ensures successful end-to-end delivery of client and internal initiatives across Azur Technology's Salesforce-based insurance platforms. You will be accountable for the planning, coordination and execution of complex delivery programmes — driving alignment between Product, Engineering, QA and Client stakeholders.

This role exists to guarantee that Azur's delivery commitments are met: on time, to quality, and with commercial discipline. Acting as both strategist and operator, you will embed delivery excellence, remove friction across functions, and uphold Azur's reputation for reliability and partnership.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Own delivery of multiple concurrent client and internal projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.

• Establish and maintain delivery plans, dependencies, and governance across all phases — from discovery through to post-launch support.

• Lead delivery ceremonies, steering committees, and retrospectives; ensure continuous improvement through transparent reporting and metrics.

• Identify and mitigate delivery risks early, proactively escalating where needed to maintain momentum and client confidence.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the central point of coordination between Product, Engineering, QA and Client teams.

• Build strong relationships with client delivery sponsors, ensuring alignment on objectives, progress, and change control.

• Partner with Product Managers and Technical Leads to define delivery scope, prioritisation, and resource allocation.

Commercial & Operational Excellence

• Ensure delivery within agreed commercial parameters, tracking scope changes, time and cost implications.

• Support the COO in forecasting and capacity planning.

• Promote standardisation and reuse of Azur's delivery methodologies, templates and playbooks.

Leadership & Team Enablement

• Coach delivery team members (Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Engineers) in agile best practice and effective delivery behaviours.

• Champion a culture of ownership, accountability and learning across the delivery community.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Proven experience in programme or delivery management within a technology-led or SaaS organisation.

• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams delivering complex Salesforce or insurance platform implementations.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Data-driven mindset with experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and project reporting dashboards.

Desirable

• Familiarity with insurance processes, especially within MGA or underwriting operations.

• Salesforce project delivery experience or certification.

• Background in InsurTech, FinTech, or other regulated technology environments.

Our Values

At Azur, our values shape how we deliver, collaborate and grow together:

People-Centric – We put people first, nurture talent, and communicate openly.
Honesty & Integrity – We own our successes and mistakes and create an inclusive, blame-free culture.
Entrepreneurship – We innovate boldly, think creatively, and take accountability for our impact.
Collaboration & Partnership – We partner with clients and colleagues as equals to deliver exceptional results.
Resilience & Focus – We adapt, evolve, and stay committed to building the best Salesforce insurance solutions.
