We're seeking a dynamic Technology Leader for Distribution Data and Client Reporting Platforms to lead our global strategy and technology transformation. This role will focus on enhancing client reporting, distribution, and performance attribution capabilities across our global teams. You will drive cloud-based innovations (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) and SaaS solutions to create scalable, efficient, and impactful data platforms that improve how we deliver insights to our distribution, sales, and client servicing teams. From fund performance to ESG data and digital engagement, you will lead the charge in optimizing data access and reporting, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge.

How you'll spend your time...

• Lead Global Tech Strategy: Own the global technology strategy for distribution data and client reporting, driving innovation in cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) and SaaS to deliver real-time, actionable insights across EMEA, North America, and India.

• Transform Client Reporting: Revolutionize how we deliver client reports—automating, streamlining, and enhancing reporting with cloud-native tools and SaaS platforms to provide clients with dynamic, insightful, and transparent reports.

• Fund Performance & Attribution: Own the evolution of fund performance and attribution data platforms, ensuring accuracy and accessibility to drive smarter investment decisions and client insights.

• ESG Data Integration: Spearhead the integration of ESG data into performance reporting systems, ensuring it's a seamless and valuable part of our client-facing reporting.

• Sales & Digital Engagement: Lead the development of sales and digital engagement data platforms, enabling teams to track and analyze client interactions, sales performance, and digital engagement for improved client relationships and sales strategies.

• Cloud & SaaS Innovation: Leverage cloud-first solutions (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) and SaaS to build scalable, efficient data platforms that empower teams with the right insights at the right time, transforming the client servicing experience.

• Cross-Regional Leadership: Manage and align teams across EMEA, North America, and India, ensuring a consistent technology strategy and approach that supports business objectives globally.

• Mentor & Develop Teams: Lead and develop a high-performance team of data and technology professionals, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence across all regions.

• Strategic Influence: Use data and technology to drive strategic decisions around sales enablement, distribution optimization, and client service innovation.

To be successful in this role you will have...

• Deep Asset Management Domain Expertise: Proven experience across distribution, sales, marketing, and client servicing data applications, including AUM mastering, transfer agent/platform data integration, and reporting for mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, institutional and intermediary channels. 

• Cloud & Modern Data Architecture: Hands-on experience architecting and delivering cloud-native platforms (AWS preferred) and Snowflake at enterprise scale; strong grasp of SaaS integration and data engineering best practices. 

• Solution Design & Engineering Leadership: Expertise in API/microservices, data modeling, distributed systems performance and security, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), containers, and observability. 

• Client Reporting & Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with factsheet and investor reporting workflows and data needs across data domains. Experience managing client reporting platforms (e.g., SimCorp Coric/Vermilion). 

• Data Governance & Compliance: Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, privacy, and regulatory controls (e.g., GDPR) in cloud environments. 

• Product Management & Agile Delivery: Demonstrated ability to embed agile ways of working—OKRs, quarterly planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery—into technical teams. 

• Strategic Vision & Influence: Ability to leverage advanced analytics, AI/ML, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in distribution, client reporting, and performance attribution; translate complex technical decisions into clear business outcomes. 

• Leadership & Communication: Track record of leading and inspiring global teams, fostering collaboration across regions, and influencing senior stakeholders with exceptional communication skills
