What you'll do:

  • Lead the global technology strategy for distribution data and client reporting by leveraging cloud (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) and SaaS solutions to build scalable platforms that deliver timely, impactful insights across EMEA, North America, and India.
  • Own fund performance and attribution data platforms, delivering reliable insights to support investment and client decisions.
  • Lead the integration of ESG data into performance reporting, making it seamless and valuable for clients.
  • Lead and develop multi-region teams to deliver a consistent, business-aligned technology strategy and drive excellence in data and technology initiatives globally.
  • Leverage data and technology to drive strategic decisions in sales, distribution, and client service.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in distribution, sales, marketing, and client data across mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and institutional/intermediary channels.
  • Experience building cloud-native (AWS, preferred) and Snowflake platforms at scale, strong SaaS integration and data engineering skills.
  • Expert in APIs, data modeling, distributed systems performance and security, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), containers, and observability.
  • Skilled in factsheet and investor reporting workflows, with experience managing platforms like SimCorp Coric and Vermilion.
  • Strong grasp of data governance, lineage, privacy, and regulatory controls (e.g., GDPR) in cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to embed agile practices-OKRs, planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery-into tech teams.
  • Leverages analytics, AI/ML, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in distribution, reporting, and performance, translating complex decisions into clear business outcomes.
  • Proven leader of global teams, driving cross-regional collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders with strong communication.
