As we continue to scale internationally, we are looking for a
Talent Acquisition & Branding Associate
to drive group-wide recruitment, shape our employer brand, and elevate the people experience across all our companies.
The Opportunity
This is a unique, high-impact position at the intersection of
talent acquisition, brand strategy, and culture building
. You will lead efforts to attract exceptional people to join our growing group, while championing how we tell our story externally and live our values internally.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (UK & US):
- Lead and coordinate recruitment across all group companies — building proactive pipelines, managing live hiring needs, and working closely with founders and leaders to align hiring strategy with business growth.
- Employer Branding:
- Drive content and storytelling across
LinkedIn and social media
, showcasing our people, culture, achievements, and growth stories. - Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance internal culture, recognition, and wellbeing across our distributed teams.
- HR & People Operations:
- Support in developing HR processes, onboarding experiences, and career progression frameworks as our group scales.
- Talent Intelligence:
- Track market trends, talent data, and competitor activity to inform hiring strategy and brand positioning.
About You
We're looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on — a natural connector who thrives on people, creativity, and building momentum.
You will likely have:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding, or HR.
- A strong understanding of LinkedIn, digital communication, and storytelling.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach — comfortable working across multiple businesses.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- An interest in executive search, high-growth companies, or the broader talent industry.
Experience across the
UK and/or US markets
will be a plus.
