Head of Talent Acquisition

West end

Five days a week in the office, non negotiable.

£85K- £100K base plus benefits.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to take on a key leadership role within a specialist financial services organisation.

As Head of Talent Acquisition, the role covers the full recruitment lifecycle across all areas of the business. From sourcing and engaging candidates to managing interviews and onboarding, this position plays a central part in building high-performing teams. The role works closely with hiring managers to shape job briefs and selection criteria, and also manages relationships with external recruitment partners to ensure consistency and quality.

While there's plenty of strategic input, this is a hands-on role too - direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and shortlisting are all part of the day-to-day.

The Head of TA also owns the applicant tracking system, keeping recruitment data and dashboards up to date and using insights to improve processes.

A key part of the role is leading the graduate programme, including university outreach, selection, onboarding, rotations, and training. The programme is designed to meet international standards while reflecting regional needs, and supports long-term workforce planning and succession.

The role also contributes to wider HR projects, working with global colleagues on organisational development and change initiatives.

We're looking for someone with a strong academic background, solid experience in talent acquisition, and excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Confidence with ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and recruitment analytics is essential.
