We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Spa Assistant to work with & support our Spa Manager, and to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring excellent customer service. Hours will include during the week and a Saturday.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate front desk activities

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation

- Lead and motivate front desk staff & therapists

- Sell services and manage bookings

- Maintain a clean and organised reception area

- Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette

- Communicate effectively with customers and team members

- Implement sales management strategies

- Organise events and manage reservations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential & have an interest in Spa & Beauty products & treatments

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team

- Proficiency in sales management techniques

- Excellent organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
