Customer Service Advisor Office Based (Temp to Perm)Southampton City CentreMonday to Friday | No Weekends | Immediate Start Rafferty Resourcing is partnering with one of our customers based in Southampton City Centre to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. Please note this role is working directly for our client, and we are assisting them with the recruitment process. The Role This is a full-time, office-based role within a small, supportive team providing customer service and administrative support to the sales department. You'll be handling customer calls and emails, processing orders, preparing quotations and delivering excellent service. This is not a call centre role it offers variety, stability and genuine opportunities to progress. What You'll Be Doing Answering inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional mannerResponding to customer emails and managing the shared inboxProcessing orders and preparing quotationsFollowing up with customers on their accounts and ordersSupporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks What We're Looking For Previous office-based customer service and administration experience Excellent communication and telephone skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a busy environment A proactive, customer-focused approach Salary & Benefits £28,000 £32,000 per yearTemp to Perm opportunityWorking hours:8:00am5:00pm (Week 1 & 2)8:30am5:30pm (Week 3 & 4)Monday to Friday no weekends25 days annual leave + bank holidaysContributory pension (4.5% employee / 4.5% employer)City centre location (parking nearby costs approx. £8£10 per day)Supportive team and progression opportunities About Rafferty Resourcing Rafferty Resourcing is an award-winning recruitment consultancy specialising in Head Office roles.
