**Job title**: Customer Services Coordinator
**Location**: Southampton
**Hourly rate**:£11.04
**Hours**: 37 hours per week, between Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm.
**Duration**: up to 3 months with the potential to become permanent form 1st April

Fantastic opportunity for Customer Services Coordinators to join a leading organisation in Southampton

Working within the Customer Services Team, we are looking for people to work across all our contact channels including digital, telephone, livechat and social media. Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, you will be responding to customers in a timelymanner and working at a fast pace.

**Key responsibilities**:
Owns and resolves customer contacts
Adheres to and contributes towards improving business processes to achieve a consistent level of service provided to external customers to maintain Corporate Brand image
Updates business systems (MS Dynamics) with relevant information to enable monitoring, tracking and analysis of customer data to drive service improvements
**Key experience required**

Ideally Experience working in a contact centre
Experience of working in a target driven environment
Experience talking to customers on the phone
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to manage expectations whilst you investigate customers queries
Experience of taking ownership of queries and resolving these successfully
Experience using computer systems to input customer data (CRM)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong team working ability
Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges
