**Key responsibilities for Head of Customer Services**:

- Lead, motivate and develop a team of customer service representatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to our clients.
- Set and monitor team performance targets, providing feedback and support as needed
- Monitor, report and analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Handle escalated customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner

**Requirements for Head of Customer Services**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems
- Proficiency with customer service software and technologies (Zoho Desk would be a bonus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
