Customer Service Advisor Office Based (Temp to Perm)
Southampton City Centre
Monday to Friday | No Weekends | Immediate Start

Rafferty Resourcing is partnering with one of our customers based in Southampton City Centre to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. Please note this role is working directly for our client, and we are assisting them with the recruitment process.

The Role

This is a full-time, office-based role within a small, supportive team providing customer service and administrative support to the sales department.

You'll be handling customer calls and emails, processing orders, preparing quotations and delivering excellent service. This is not a call centre role it offers variety, stability and genuine opportunities to progress.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answering inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Responding to customer emails and managing the shared inbox
  • Processing orders and preparing quotations
  • Following up with customers on their accounts and orders
  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

Previous office-based customer service and administration experience
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a busy environment
A proactive, customer-focused approach

Salary & Benefits

  • £28,000 £32,000 per year
  • Temp to Perm opportunity
  • Working hours:
  • 8:00am5:00pm (Week 1 & 2)
  • 8:30am5:30pm (Week 3 & 4)
  • Monday to Friday no weekends
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Contributory pension (4.5% employee / 4.5% employer)
  • City centre location (parking nearby costs approx. £8£10 per day)
