Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.Base pay rangeRole Overview:Head of Europe Sales is responsible for driving revenue targets for IMSS Europe, focusing on Infra and Security Services (EE/EN/NN). This role involves leading a hybrid sales team, personally contributing to sales growth, generating leads, and collaborating with various internal teams to consistently exceed targets.Key Responsibilities:Market-Facing Responsibilities:Achieve annual sales targets aligned with the Europe Revenue Plan.Identify and acquire Must Have Accounts (MHAs) for Infra and Security Services.Develop a coordinated approach for Global Accounts to improve sales success.Optimize pricing strategies for revenue and profitability.Work with Marketing and Inside Sales to generate leads through events, outbound campaigns, and external agencies.Build relationships with CXOs to enhance deal success.Leverage Alliance Partners for new logo acquisition.Drive brand awareness through various marketing channels, including social media and analyst firms.Internal Responsibilities:Set vision and foster a winning culture within the sales team.Develop annual Revenue and GTM Plan in line with the company’s financial goals.Collaborate with Geo Heads on the NN strategy for Europe.Regularly review and adjust strategies to meet the revenue plan.Work with Inside Sales and external agencies for effective lead generation.Ensure BDM incentive plans align with revenue goals.Qualifications & Experience:Qualification: BE/M.Tech and/or MBA.Experience: 15-18 years in Infra and Security Services sales, with at least 3 years as a Sales Head in Europe.Proven track record of meeting sales goals and acquiring new clients.Strong experience in the full sales cycle and GTM strategy execution.Ability to build and lead high-performing teams. xpwpeyx Experience working with Alliance Partners and mentoring BDMs.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesSoftware Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
