Job DescriptionLocation: Astec Industries Europe Limited, 3 Bankmore Way EastWe are seeking a technically minded and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to manage the complete sales process for Astec parts across an allocated customer portfolio. This role involves part identification, quoting, sourcing, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment through to invoicing. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining spare parts stocking strategies, supporting both new product introductions and the existing machine population across the European region.ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales process for Astec parts, including:Part identificationQuoting and sourcingInternational freight coordination (inbound/outbound)Order completion and invoicingCreate Recommended Spare Parts Lists for customers and machinesDevelop factory stocking plans for new product introductions (NPI) from testing to launchAnalyse sales history to build stocking plans for European dealers and end usersMaintain and update planned spares inventory levels to improve fill rates and delivery timesLocalise spare parts supply for non-domestically produced units where feasibleUpdate ERP system with supplier, customer, and part dataMeet with customers to present recommended parts packages confidentlyRequired CriteriaProven experience in equipment parts salesExperience working with ERP systemsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)Strong technical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilitiesCapable of managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and within a teamCustomer-focused with a positive attitudeConfident and articulate in meetings and presentationsDesired CriteriaAbility to read and understand technical drawingsAbility to use 3D drawing software to view and explode machine modelsExperience creating spare parts stocking plans for new machine modelsExperience working within the Materials Processing or Crushing and Screening industryExperience sourcing crushing and screening spare parts, specifically wear items such as manganeseClosing DateSunday 7th December, 2025Contract TypeFull-timeSalaryBased on ExperienceJob FunctionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
