Key Responsibilities Originate, negotiate, and close complex S&P transactions across tankers, dry bulk, containers, and other vessel sectors. Build and manage strong, long‑term client relationships. Work closely with internal teams and leverage global resources to maximize deal opportunities. Maintain high standards of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Candidate Profile Proven experience in S&P shipbroking with a demonstrable track record of deal origination and closure. Strong commercial understanding of shipping markets (dry bulk, tanker, container experience preferred). Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills. Ambitious, self‑driven, and passionate about shipping with a focus on long‑term career growth.
