**Job description**

Due to continue rapid growth, we need to expand our Sales Team by creating multiple new positions for Mortgage Advisors / Brokers who are knowledgeable and experienced in regulated business such as Residential & Buy-to-Let Mortgages. Full CeMap or equivalent qualifications required. Options to either fully Work from Home, or Office Based from our Marlow office.

**About You**
- Competent Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
- Full CeMAP or equivalent
- Experience of full range of mortgage solutions
- Proven track record in mortgage sales as a TOP Performer
- Minimum 2 years’ experience mortgage advisory experience
- Be able to demonstrate strong sales skills and knowledge
- Drive and enthusiasm
- The ability to build relationships at all levels
- The desire to be a Top Earner
**Salary**

Salary consists of both an excellent basic + commission
OTE £70,000+ and Top performers can earn £100,000+ uncapped
