**Overview**:
An outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with an established mortgage broker firm dealing with HNW clients in the London bridge area, working Monday to Friday, receiving a basic to £35,000 plus 20% on allbusiness banked.

**Main Duties**:
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker to join our client who is an established mortgage broker in the London area.

Dealing with HNW clients in the London Bridge area, working Monday to Friday, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will receive 40 new leads per month.

As well as all the HNW leads provided, our client will also offer mortgage admin support, to unable the experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the London Bridge area to spend more time offering whole of market advice on mortgages and protection.

Having access to the whole of the mortgage market in terms of mortgage advice and a panel of 8 life companies to enable you to offer advice on life, critical illness, income protection, ASU as well as buildings and contents.

With such a range of products at your disposal, your average case size is around £3,000 however top mortgage brokers have an average case size of £4,000.

Based on averages you should expect to earn around £100,000.

**Key Skills**:
You must hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) and with a good track record of providing advice on mortgages and protection business.

Experience of dealing with HNW clients would also be advantageous, you should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable and be able to generate activity from a selection of introducer offices.

You must also possess a good track record of offering advice in terms of protection business on the back of the mortgage advice provided.

**Remuneration**:
Our client offers a generous basic salary ranging from £25,000 - £35,000 dependent upon experience as a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser with commissions paid on all business banked
