All SpaMedica hospitals inspected by the CQC have been rated as Good or Outstanding. Responsibilities Effectively manage a team of patient co‑ordinators, including holding regular team meetings. Produce a fair and consistent monthly rota. Sign off holidays in line with business activity, ensuring adequate cover. Produce weekly plans for medical record preparation. Be confident with absence reporting and completing return‑to‑work interviews. Conduct 3‑month and 6‑month probation reviews highlighting additional training requirements. Be involved in the appraisal process, preparation and delivery. Deliver one‑to‑one meetings and record conversations in writing. Be involved in disciplinary and investigation meetings where required. Manage confidential information responsibly. Participate in the recruitment of new team members into the department. Act as a trainer to new team members, updating the training manual.
