With cases often running into the multi-millions, you’ll support partners on complex litigation, manage your own multi-track caseload, and mentor junior team members.This is a chance to be a key player in a fast-growing team, where your expertise, leadership, and commercial insight will make a real impact.What You’ll Be DoingBuild strong client relationships and deliver clear, commercial adviceLead internal projects and support strategic initiativesContribute to business development through networking, presentations, and innovationAct as a technical expert and mentor within the departmentEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory standardsWhat We’re Looking ForQualified lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE in insurance/property damageStrong communicator and critical thinkerOrganised, proactive, and commercially awareComfortable working independently and collaborativelyPassionate about learning and sharing expertiseWhy HF?At HF, we do things differently.
