We are looking to add a senior lawyer to our ECVC team, at Senior Associate or Principal Associate level, and are keen to speak with candidates with considerable experience in venture capital transactions. Experience on other corporate transactions will also be beneficial. You will be expected to take the lead on some transactions as well as working alongside a Partner as part of a local or national team on larger or more complex deals. Mentoring and developing junior associates will also be a vital part of your role.We pride ourselves in providing the best client experience and you will be encouraged to take part in, and at times take ownership of, a variety of client and BD activities from the outset.
