Their purpose-driven approach ensures they deliver better outcomes for clients while making a lasting social and environmental impact.The roleThis is an exciting opportunity for a proactive project management professional to take the lead on complex residential and masterplanning schemes across the region.Key responsibilities include:Leading and managing delivery of residential and regeneration projects in line with client objectives and governance standardsDriving excellence in design, planning and delivery, with a focus on sustainable communities and placemakingOverseeing masterplanning processes, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholdersEnsuring performance across health & safety, commercial outcomes, quality and risk management throughout the project lifecycleSupporting and mentoring junior team members while contributing to wider business growthAbout youYou will be a confident and experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in residential development and large-scale masterplanning.
