With a strong pipeline of residential and mixed-use projects, including large-scale regeneration schemes and strategic masterplans, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on career-defining work that is reshaping communities. The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive project management professional to take the lead on complex residential and masterplanning schemes across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing delivery of residential and regeneration projects in line with client objectives and governance standards
- Driving excellence in design, planning and delivery, with a focus on sustainable communities and placemaking
- Overseeing masterplanning processes, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Ensuring performance across health & safety, commercial outcomes, quality and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members while contributing to wider business growth
About you
You will be a confident and experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in residential development and large-scale masterplanning. Ideally, you will come from a consultancy, client-side or development background and be adept at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Essential skills and experience:
- Degree in a construction-related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of delivering residential or regeneration projects, ideally including large-scale masterplans
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, challenging environments
