Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic transformation team within a fast-paced, multi-functional organisation. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering strategic projects aligned with corporate objectives and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure projects are well-defined, delivered on time, meet business and technical requirements, and stay within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring clarity of scope, budget, and quality while meeting key milestones.
  • Support senior leadership in developing business cases and conducting feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional delivery teams, contractors, and suppliers, fostering accountability and performance.
  • Produce high-quality project reporting tailored to various stakeholder audiences.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, including documentation standards and post-project reviews.
  • Maintain change control processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with department leads to define and allocate resources for project delivery.
  • Oversee project budgets, including forecasting and capitalisation.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Capture lessons learned and ensure follow-through to support continuous improvement.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to project governance methodologies across operational and support teams.

Requirements

  • Prince2, MSP, or equivalent project management certification.
  • 5 years of experience managing matrix teams.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools and Microsoft Project.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in project management.
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasts.
  • Proven track record in delivering business and IT projects in B2B and corporate settings.
  • Experience implementing new technologies and process improvements.

Desirable

  • Qualifications in risk management or governance.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365).
  • Background in transformation and change projects within complex environments.
