Associate Project Manager

Calibre Search are delighted to be working closely with one of the UK's leading Construction Consultancies now looking to bring in an Associate level Project Manager based in Manchester.
They are known for solely offering QS and PM services at a world class level rather than being a multi discipline trying to offer multiple services at once like most of their competitors.
This particular role will see you take charge and manage one of their biggest clients in Manchester delivering on two new design & build high rise office block schemes which will look to shape the Manchester landmark in the coming years.
Ideally you already have a construction consultancy/development background and used to delivering construction projects to a high standard. In return, you will be given a progression plan to aim towards Director level in the near future with multiple companybenefits to take advantage of.
**Duties Include**:
- Work collaboratively with the team to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects and liaise with stakeholders on requirements.
- Utilise and embed established PM tools and processes and develop to suit project requirements and Client's operation principles. Additionally, utilise technology to support delivery.
- Strong personal presence pre and post contract working with team members to plan project activity associated with the supply chain regarding safety, programme, quality, contractors' performance and recommending and implementing corrective action.
- Deliver the agreed scope of works including the leadership and management of meetings with the supply chain, and stakeholders.
- Work with client stakeholders and operational team to deliver project solutions that support the operational model.
- Deliver projects with the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality
