An award-winning Construction Consultancy who are seeking an ambitious Associate Project Manager or Director as they look to fill the role of their retiring Board Director in the next 2/3 years.
This consultancy offers the full-range of traditional Project Management services and predominantly work alongside Tier 1 contractors helping them deliver projects across the north west.
Long term this role will offer the successful Associate Project Manager the autonomy to reach the top of an established consultancy and work alongside a sociable Project Manager team on exciting schemes.

**The Associate Project Manager**
- Previous UK experience of working in a construction consultancy
- Proven business development skills
- Good communicator
- Excellent Project Management knowledge
- Client facing
- PM or Buildng Surveyor background
