Associate Director Project Manager Construction

A large, international Project Management construction consultancy with a growing, multi-disciplinary team is looking for a capable and well-spoken Associate Director of Project Management to join their office in Manchester.
**The Associate Director Project Manager's Role**
The successful Associate Director Project Manager will be overseeing projects in the retail, commercial, and residential sectors, with project values ranging from £1m - £100m and based throughout the UK.
As Associate Director Project Manager, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of the construction process from inception to completion, with an emphasis on completing projects on time, on budget, to quality and to client satisfaction.
**The Associate Director Project Manager**
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in construction consultancy
- Determined to take on a strong leadership role
- Well-spoken, personable, and client-facing
- Commercially aware and experience with business development
- RICS, CIOB, or APM accreditation
- Deep understanding of project delivery from inception to completion
- Pre and post contract development experience
