About the Role Wild Child Animation is looking for a Senior Production Coordinator to join us on a CG animated children's TV series. This role will be assigned to coordinate a large Animation department. Responsibilities Assigning and monitoring task progress for assigned department(s). Scheduling department(s) whilst keeping an eye on dependencies and finding solutions where possible. General day to day problem solving. Reporting and tracking notes across department(s). Being a key contact for all artists to offer support and to help guide the production. Direct contact for client deliveries and some communication. Qualifications Previous experience within a similar production role. We will also consider Junior PMs for the position. Experience in handling large animation teams. A proven track record of delivering long form CG series animation projects. High level of organisation and pro‑activeness. Strong scheduling skills with the ability to adapt to changing schedules. Attention to detail with ability to work to tight deadlines. An effective communicator with the ability to nurture a collaborative environment. A team player who also asks for help when needed. Candidates must be based in the UK, ideally located regionally outside the M25. Scotland‑based would be preferred. Contract Details Fixed‑Term PAYE contract, expected to start in December 2025 / January 2026 and run until mid‑August 2026. Location Remote, hybrid or in‑person at our studio in Stirling. Must be based in the UK to be considered. Hours Our standard studio hours are 7 working hours a day (usually 10am to 6pm), Monday to Friday. We are open to discussing flexible working hours on an individual basis where this is possible in the production pipeline. Studio Closures The studio has team‑wide breaks throughout the year. These are usually 1‑2 days in Spring, up to 10 days in Summer and 8‑10 days over the Winter festive period. Exact dates will be confirmed with the successful candidate.
