Key Responsibilities Develop strong relationships with existing customers by monitoring their purchases to identify upselling opportunities. Initiate, scope and manage projects to increase sales yield levels and revenue. Line manager and support junior team members, coaching and mentoring them and actively contributing to their personal development within LBR. Work with the Client Services team to carry out client life‑cycle activities and increase renewal rates by volume and value. Develop and implement client sales plans for products and territories to meet sales targets. Support product development by suggesting new ideas, gathering client feedback, and participating in the launch of new products. Develop strong relationships with customers at conferences and product demonstrations. Lead the creation of proposals and sales pitches for new products. Update the CRM to accurately reflect sales activities, moving leads and opportunities from stage to Closed Won or Closed Lost status. Ensure clients sign contracts and orders are processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Act as key mentor and role model to junior team members, ensuring strong performance standards and embodying company values. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Self‑motivated and driven to achieve targets. Ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external. Knowledge of the legal sector or professional services is desirable. International outlook. Ability to communicate effectively on the phone, by email, and in person to senior stakeholders.
