They are well-known for their expertise and commitment to delivering excellent results for their clients. Job Description Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services. Monitor and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for growth. Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients. Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with clients and colleagues. Ensure all activities align with company objectives and client expectations. The Successful Applicant A successful Account Manager / Senior Account Manager should have: Proven experience in a similar global communications agency (desirable). Support on the delivery of specified tasks for assigned client accounts effectively. Monitor and analysis relevant client accounts: Maintaining and updating a comprehensive 'client monitoring matrix', incorporating all required sources (press, parliamentary, online, EU, NGO, etc.) search terms, frequency, distribution, etc. Support the client team in preparation of account documentation. Compiling and distributing folders of relevant documentation to client and members of home team. Strong organisational and project management skills. Network with contacts to drive new business opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and client engagement. Experience in handling multiple accounts effectively and efficiently. Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with the Policy department or similar areas is advantageous.
