We currently have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Helpdesk Administrator to join our facilities team based at the University of Brighton in Brighton (Mithras House, Lewes Rd). This is a permanent position working 15 hours per week from 09:30 to 12:30, Monday to Friday. Key Activities Support the Helpdesk by receiving calls, logging on the CAFM System, feeding through to operational staff and reporting back to the end user/customers. Answer switchboard incoming calls. Log Service Requests/Work Orders received by email or telephone on CAFM System. Provide a professional approach towards customers and their needs. Provide administration support to the department. Work 15 hours per week from 09:30 to 12:30, Monday to Friday. Skills & Qualifications Must have experience of providing excellent customer service ideally on a helpdesk. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Able to work as part of a team and autonomously. Must have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems). Well organised and able to prioritise workload. Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment. Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role is desirable. Previous experience of using a CAFM system (Maximo or similar) is desirable.
