Facilities Administrator / Brighton / Facilities Management

**Client Details**

A well respected Brighton based organisation are seeking a Facilities Administrator on a full time fixed term contract basis for an initial 5 months.

**Description**

As Facilities Administrator you will:

- Carry out first line Contractor management processes
- Raise, report, and respond efficiently to all maintenance & housekeeping fault calls with a committed approach seeing them through to their completion.
- Deliver all planned preventative maintenance activities by reporting via an internal database.
- Supervise and monitor our sub-contractor engineers whilst on-site.
- Assist in delivering our Health and safety management processes.
- Assist in emergency situations as fire warden to ensure student, staff & contractor safety.

**Profile**
- PC skills including online portals and all Microsoft Office programmes
- Service helpdesk (CAFM)
- Planned Preventative Management
- Building Management Systems
- Supervise and monitor sub-contractors
- Fire Safety
- COSHH and basic H&S training

**Job Offer**

£23-24,000
