About the Role This is a career graded role, with opportunity to progress from Planning Officer to Senior Planning Officer. Applicants interested in all levels of the role are encouraged to apply. As a Planner, you will: Assess and manage planning applications from pre‑application to post‑decision matters. Provide professional advice to applicants, agents, and stakeholders. Contribute to Local Plan development and policy work. Support enforcement investigations and represent the Council at appeals.
