Our Partnership has secured over £40 million in Levelling Up funding, driving transformative projects such as PE21/Rosegarth Square public realm improvements, Boston Leisure Centre redevelopment and Boston College flagship Mayflower building regeneration.
Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council have formed the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership. The largest Council Partnership in the country. Since October 2021, the Partnership Councils have been working closely to deliver improved services to the communities in the sub-region and already there have been many positive outcomes.
Over time, it is envisaged that services will become formally shared across the three Councils creating the opportunity for colleagues to be involved in new and innovate areas of work.

As Principal Planning Officer, you will:
Lead on major and complex planning applications from pre-application to delivery.
Represent the Council at planning committees, appeals, and public inquiries.
Drive service improvements and contribute to strategic projects that shape our communities.
Extensive knowledge of planning legislation and Development Management.
RTPI membership (or eligibility) and commitment to ongoing professional development.
