Role details: Location: Colchester – must be within 90‑minute radius.Salary: £40,000.00Type: Permanent (Hybrid role)Working hours: 40 hours a week (Mon – Fri 8:30 am – 5:00 pm) Responsibilities Interview claimants to understand their challenges.Carry out detailed assessments via telephone, video, or face‑to‑face appointments.Analyse information critically to create accurate and concise reports.Interpret clinical information and evidence.Maintain professional standards and adherence to code of conduct.Provide positive experiences for claimants and colleagues, meeting quality and productivity targets. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a qualified healthcare professional.Broad clinical knowledge.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software.
