We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team in Colchester as a dedicated and dynamic Apprenticeship Assessor.

Based at our Colchester office (with travel required to other sites), your day-to-day role will consist of carrying out presentations, standards progression, functional skills delivery, and achievements whilst reviewing apprentice work completed and providing inspiring and constructive feedback to support them on their apprenticeship journey. You will be the catalyst for the growth and development for apprentices on programme. As a mentor and coach, you will offer support, guidance, and inspiration to help them thrive and succeed.

As we continue to work on improving the apprenticeship experience, technology will play a key role. At the Colleges’ Partnership you will work in a fast-paced vocational training industry with lots of room for growth and innovation.

**We offer**:

Pay: £28,162.00-£29,777.00 per year
