Are you confident when dealing with others and able to provide support and facilitate the delivery of training to system users? In conjunction with the Systems Administrator, you will support the integrity of the CAFM system, which holds information relating to our buildings, assets and estates records. You will draft templates for approval and use them to manage the bulk upload of data within the system. You will deputise for the System Administrator in their absence and support the super user community. You will maintain user specific dashboards with customised reports and gadgets along with Power BI connections and schedule bespoke reporting. Supporting the importing of data and ensuring interfaces are operational and maintained; you will work closely with our service partners.
