Systems Administrator

**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- System Implementation and Management: _
- Lead the implementation of a new digital system within the business, ensuring they meet operational needs and integrate with existing processes.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the system, including system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Regularly review and manage system access, ensuring appropriate levels of security and compliance.
- User Support and Training: _
- Act as the super user of the system, providing expert support to all levels of team members.
- Assist end users with system-related queries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new starters and existing users to ensure they are proficient in using the system.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Data Management and Reporting: _
- Ensure the integrity of data within the system by conducting regular audits and implementing data validation procedures.
- Maintain and update existing dashboards to provide accurate and up-to-date management information.
- Produce high-quality reports and data extracts, ensuring data is presented in a clear and actionable format.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop reports that meet these requirements.
**Preferred Experience & Skills**:
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM systems, etc
- Experience with building Power BI reports would be ideal
- Experience in project management or leading system implementations.
- Proven experience in digital system administration and ongoing management.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining dashboards and management information systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide effective training and support to users at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
