**The HR Systems team are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Systems Administrator to join a busy, supportive team within William Hill.**

The SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator supports our people strategy, processes and tools, so that leaders can identify and develop their talent. This position reports to the HR Systems Manager, and is responsible for maintaining the SAP SuccessFactors system.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of our SAP SuccessFactors system and communicate with HR leadership and other system administrators. You will participate in research and development to enable continuing innovation and ensure that HR systems and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, policies and guidelines.

In addition, you will be responsible for setting systems administration requirements, establishing governance processes, implementation, communication, and system security administration that support William Hill’s strategic objectives. You can rise to the challenge of troubleshooting and resolving problems around upgrades, releases, fixes and enhancements. You will regularly monitor the system, verifying the integrity and perform quality assurance checks on configuration and system workflows.

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Work with HR systems Manager and Senior Analyst to support successful delivery of Success Factors releases
- Ownership of assigned incident and change management requests
- Create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation for change & release processes
- Create, change, and deactivate user accounts for systems access as needed
- Provide escalated support to HR administration staff across all areas i.e. Payroll, HR Advisory, Reward, Performance, MI / Analytics etc.
- Communicate planned / unplanned systems downtimes
- Keep up to date on SAP recommended system administration training (SFALC)
- Create ad hoc reporting and dashboards & support HR MI / Analytics function

**Skills Needed**
- Effective Time Management skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization - to both technical and business audiences
- Excellent documentation and written communication skills (SOP manuals, workbook updates, creating support tickets, etc.)
- Excellent data analysis / manipulation skills e.g. MS Excel, MS Access
- Experience in requirements gathering
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong relationship skills - both internal/external
- Understanding of GUI; radio button, pick lists, and other configuration items
- Awareness of integration concepts and tools (flat file, APIs, connectors, etc.)
- A passion for continuous improvement of the end user experience
- Experience in Success Factors is not essential but advantageous
