Here's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our friendly team here at First Response Group in Leeds.
This Systems Administrator role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
**Key Activities & Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain business operating platforms and software.
- Optimise process workflows and automation.
- Review process efficiencies and identify opportunities for improvement including data cleansing.
- Lead on statistical analysis and KPI reporting.
- Support colleagues on effective use of business platforms.
- Perform routine audits and delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure workflow processes are understood, adopted, and adhered to.

**Essential Skills**:
- Accuracy of data & reporting.
- Proven experience in increased efficiency and business performance.
- Thorough understanding of business operating systems (CRM platforms, workflow management systems).
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Process-focused and well organised.
- Critical-thinker & problem-solver
- Strong IT skills
- Previous experience of administering workplace operating systems.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Previous experience of working with BigChange & Logosoft
- IT qualifications
- Knowledge of Power BI & MS365 would be advantageous.
