If you can join in early December, even better.Who we’re looking forYou’ll succeed in this role if you :Are proactive, positive and always ready to helpLove supporting others and building strong relationshipsCan balance project work with day-to-day coordinationBring CIPD Level 3 (or are working towards it) and at least a year’s HR experience, or have a strong HR-related degree with internship experienceAre comfortable managing a busy workload with accuracy and careWhat you’ll be doingYou’ll play a vital part in keeping the People function running smoothly, with responsibility for :Generalist HR SupportActing as the first point of contact for daily People queries and providing consistent HR administration.Recruitment & OnboardingCoordinating end-to-end recruitment and helping deliver a five-star candidate experience.Employee Relations SupportSupporting meetings, documentation and scheduling for ER processes including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.Engagement & CultureHelping deliver engagement surveys and assisting teams in turning insights into action.HR Projects & InitiativesGetting involved in HR-wide projects, offering suggestions and helping to improve processes and systems.Organisational SupportAssisting with structure reviews, job roles and wider organisational documentation.Policy & ComplianceSupporting policy updates, compliance checks and ensuring consistency across the business.Learning & DevelopmentCoordinating training sessions, supporting apprenticeships and assisting the central L&D team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
