HR Administrator - Fixed Term Contract 6 month (FTC)
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a **HR Administrator** (FTC 6 months) to join our Human Resources within HR Shared Services.
The Project Support Unit (PSU) is one of the specialist teams who coordinate cyclical and _ad hoc _projects working closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely delivery of critical activity.
As a **HR Administrator**you will:
- Support mass and individual system updates and changes including, but not limited to terminations, pay and promotion changes, TUPE in new starter record creation and salary increases;
- Calculation of bulk termination payments in line with contractual terms and conditions including redundancy, pay in lieu of notice and pay in lieu of holidays;
- Support the team with mass letter generation and document upload to employee records using upload tools;
- Support with project action tracking and updating of progress reports;
- Contribute to the effective working of HR Operation teams to ensure seamless service line delivery;
- Ensure a focus on accuracy through self-review and peer checking;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engage with wider HR Operations initiatives.
