Senior HR Co-ordinator, Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary up to £28,000
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Advise the management team on employee relations, giving guidance and coaching where necessary.
- Carry out investigations, disciplinaries, grievance hearings and absence meetings.
- Conduct and feedback on exit interviews
- Maintain records and monitor HR data.
- Produce reports.
- Create, update and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support with annual appraisals and salary reviews.
- Support department managers with recruitment of new staff
- Monitor absence levels and advise line managers on implementation of absence management policy and procedures.
- Support the HR Manager with the implementation of the People Plan.
- Work with EDI team to increase the diversity of the workforce.
- Work with HR Manager to implement training plans.
Criteria:
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
- Experience ideally in a similar role
- Strong experience gained around Employee Relations
- Experience gained within a charity or leisure environment would be preferred but not essential
