**Office Co-ordinator - Marsh - Newcastle**

**(Hybrid working pattern available, with a mix of both office and homeworking)**

**We will count on you to**:

- Be responsible for all Office Management duties (e.g. facilities, refurbishment, MITIE, liaison with building management)
- Be responsible for all Branch Financial processes and performance administration (e.g. Coordinate Month End Reports, manage office aged debt efficiently, Coordinate Budgets, periodic coordination of Forecasts etc.)
- Be the point of contact for supporting functions (e.g. Operations / Finance / HR)
- Support on-boarding of new clients and client life cycle
- Prepare monthly reports as required
- Liaise with clients and business guests
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Office and branch
- Carry out general office duties i.e. meeting and greeting external and internal visitors/guests
- Manage and maintain schedules/diaries
- Assist in arranging and coordinating meetings, including room bookings
- Assist with reports and presentations and planning special events
- Assist Head of Office and branch with conducting research, collecting and analysing data to assist in the preparation of reports and documents
- Record and distribute minutes of meetings
- Process expenses
- Order office supplies
- Make travel arrangements as required

**What you need to have**:

- Experience within a similar Office Co-Ordinator/ Office Manager role
- Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to work to tight

deadlines
- Previous experience of diary management/arranging travel/minute taking/supporting a senior member of staff plus their wider team.
- High level of numeracy skills and comfortable working with financial data and spreadsheets
- Proficiency in MS Suite (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Adept at working within a busy, fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable approach to your workload with the ability to work well both independently, and as part of a team.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation
