About the Role As our HR & Payroll Integration Support specialist, you will play a pivotal role in: HR & payroll integration work for a recent acquisition Full UK payroll accountability (global payroll provider partnership) Employee data alignment, testing, validation & systems migration Benefits administration, reconciliations, onboarding and off‑boarding HR operations, policy guidance, recruitment support & employee queries Ensuring compliance with UK laws, tax rules and company policies Supporting continuous improvement, change communications & training Key Responsibilities HR & Payroll Integration Harmonise payroll processes, systems, data and policies Support HRIS (Workday), ATS, LMS, T&A and compensation tools inventory and mapping Data cleansing, deduplication and migration testing Resolve data discrepancies, integration gaps and workflow blockers Coordinate with HR, Finance & external payroll vendors Support employee communications, change plans and training roll‑outs Payroll Administration End‑to‑end payroll cycle: preparation → vendor submission → reconciliation Manage payroll deadlines, approvals and compliance checks Recommend process enhancements and streamline post‑acquisition flow Benefits Administration Map legacy benefits to new plans, manage migrations and deductions Assist with leave balance migration, reconciliations and approvals Oversee car fleet returns, share‑option process and provider liaison Prepare eligibility files, enrollments and exception tracking HR & Workforce Support Maintain accurate employee data in Workday Manage hires, transfers, promotions and exits Support recruitment, onboarding and compliance Respond to employee and manager HR queries with empathy and accuracy Contribute to HR process improvements, documentation and knowledge sharing Experience & Qualifications HR‑related education; Bachelor’s degree a plus Strong experience in Payroll and HR generalist functions M&A or integration experience highly advantageous Knowledge of UK employment law and global HR operations Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder partnership skills Able to work confidentially, accurately and with pace Experience in Pharma/Animal Health a plus What's in It for You?
