Role Overview This senior, full‑time role based in Manchester (with flexible remote work) is to lead the development, execution and management of innovative, award‑winning social media and influencer strategies for Brazen’s diverse client base. Responsibilities Develop and execute engaging social media and influencer campaigns that drive reach and engagement. Optimize platform performance and monitor key metrics to ensure account success. Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of creatives, strategists and content specialists. Collaborate with the creative studio and other internal teams to deliver compelling content aligned with client objectives. Provide strategic insight and maintain client relationships to keep accounts competitive and relevant. Qualifications & Skills Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization with proven success in scaling campaigns. Strong content strategy skills to create and oversee effective social media plans. Excellent communication and PR skills to engage clients, stakeholders and audiences. Experience leading teams and managing client relationships with problem‑solving and creative thinking. Knowledge of emerging social media trends and tools, with ability to adapt strategies to platform changes. Experience in the PR or marketing industry is highly desirable.
