The Role:

This senior, full-time role, based in Manchester with some flexibility for remote work, is for a Senior Social Media Account Director or Head of Social Media who will lead the development, execution, and management of innovative, award-winning social media and influencer strategies for Brazen's diverse client base. The responsibilities include devising engaging social media and influencer campaigns, optimizing platforms for maximum reach and engagement, and leading the team in delivering impactful content that aligns with the clients' goals. This role also involves monitoring social media trends and metrics, collaborating with the creative studio, and providing strategic input to ensure client accounts remain competitive and relevant in the digital landscape.

Skills

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with proven success in managing and scaling campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Content Strategy to create and oversee compelling and effective social media content plans.
  • Strong skills in Communication and Public Relations to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading teams and managing client relationships effectively, with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset for bold, out-of-the-box strategies.
  • Knowledge of emerging social media trends and tools, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet changing platform algorithms and audience behaviors.
  • Experience in the PR or marketing industries is highly desirable.
