Our client, an award-winning PR Agency is looking for a highly creative Social Media Account Director to join their Senior Management Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Social Media expert who has some years of experience as a Content Specialist. You will be strategic, organised, ambitious and commercially astute with experience in team management.

**Supporting the agency, you will be managing a team working on a variety of high-profile consumer brands and accounts.**

**Responsibilities of the Social Media Account Director**:

- A proven content strategist, proficient in the creation, drafting and scheduling of content that matches the tone and voice of the consumer and their customers. Adept at copywriting, editing and proof reading.
- Driving sales, audience engagement and account growth through all Social Media channels
- Collaborating with clients and 3rd parties to provide the needed exposure for the organization to reach its desired target
- Advise and discuss strategy options with the client for integrated marketing, reputation, and branding
- Build rapport and connect with the client to discuss and implement online marketing campaigns and monitor their success
- Management of the team to understand and relay the business needs of the client to the organisation and other team members, ensuring team members provide top quality work
- Guarantee account profitability and handle all issue relating to budget, with responsibility for budget management
- Commercially astute providing written reports and metrics on all aspects of the marketing mix both internally and externally
- Knowledgeable in all areas of Social Media Marketing, including Paid Ads.
- Keep up to date with latest Social Media Marketing trends and automation technology to prepare the client towards fulfilling the goals of the organization and its clients

**Skills/ Experience**:

- 5+ years’ experience in an agency environment
- Proven track record of Social Media account growth and sales
- Knowledgeable in Paid Advertising
- Excellent communication and relationship building
- Analytical, reporting and budgeting skills
- A positive and proactive attitude.
