You’ll be the driving force behind the development and delivery of innovative, high-impact social and influencer strategies across a diverse client portfolio.In a nutshell 🥜🥜Leading the creation and execution of best-in-class social and influencer campaignsOwning strategy across platforms — ensuring everything is optimised for reach, engagement, and performanceGuiding and inspiring the social team to produce impactful, on-brand, culturally relevant contentWorking closely with the creative studio to keep ideas fresh, brave, and aligned with client goalsStaying ahead of social trends, platform changes, and emerging toolsAnalysing metrics and shaping strategy to keep clients competitive in a fast-moving digital landscapeBuilding strong client relationships and acting as a trusted strategic partnerAbout youDeep expertise in Social Media Marketing and SMO, with a track record of scaling campaignsStrong content strategy experience — you know how to map out clever, compelling plansConfident communication and PR skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholdersProven experience leading teams and managing major accountsA mix of creativity and commercial thinking, with bold ideas and solutionsStrong understanding of platform algorithms, behaviours, and trendsExperience in PR or marketing agencies is highly desirable
