Social Media Account Director wanted in Manchester for one of the North's most renowned agencies

This outstanding agency has been in business for many years and continues to thrive. With one of the most impressive client portfolios in the UK, this multi award-winning agency are now looking for a Social Media Account Director to join their team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have 5+ years Social Media experience, agency-side, working across big-name Consumer brands. You will ideally already be at Account Director level, but candidates at Senior Account Manager level are also welcome to apply

  • Be highly strategic, and equally capable with creative and campaign delivery, to plan and activate innovative and memorable campaigns that will ensure your clients are leading the online conversation

  • Along with organic social expertise across all major platforms, experience with both paid social and influencer is essential, and you'll have a strong track record of delivering significant results for your clients

  • You will also be key point of contact on all things social for a number of high value clients, so you will need exceptional client services skills along with the commercial nous to organically grow and develop your accounts

  • Experience of managing junior colleagues is preferred, as you will be required to take on a leadership role within the agency's social media team. You will also have excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams across the agency and ensure cross-channel integration
