📍 Location: London (Hybrid Remote) 🕛 Job type: Full time Who we are At Tenzo, we’re transforming the way restaurants operate. Our Restaurant PerformanceOps platform brings together data from multiple systems to deliver real-time, actionable insights — helping operators boost sales, cut waste, and run smoother businesses. As one of our customers put it, “It’s helped us make smarter, faster decisions and spot opportunities we might have missed before.” We’re a team of food lovers and tech enthusiasts backed by top‑tier Silicon Valley investors and guided by awesome advisors including Jane O'Riordan and Floor Bleeker. We partner with leading hospitality brands like Knoops, JKS, Lina Stores, Time Out Markets, and IHG Hotels — and we’re just getting started. Join us on our mission to help restaurants around the world move from surviving to thriving. Diversity and Inclusion Tenzo is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, age, veteran status, or disability status. About the role We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused People & Talent Partner to help shape the next stage of our growth. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle — from attracting and hiring exceptional people to designing the systems and experiences that help them thrive. You’ll partner with leadership and team members across the company to make Tenzo a place where people can do their best work. Build a strong employer brand and ensure every candidate has a positive experience. Track and report hiring metrics to support data‑informed decision‑making. People Operations Maintain and evolve our people processes — onboarding, performance, compensation reviews, and engagement surveys. Manage our ATS and HR systems and ensure accurate employee data and compliance. Partner with leadership on org design and workforce planning. Keep our policies and employee handbook current, inclusive, and practical. Culture, Growth & Engagement Shape and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture, belonging, and development. Support managers and employees on growth, feedback, and wellbeing. Design and roll out learning and development opportunities. Bring innovation and insight to how we work, communicate, and grow as a team. About you 4+ years of experience in people, talent, or HR roles (startups or scaleups ideal). Proven experience running end‑to‑end hiring processes. Solid grounding in people operations and UK employment practices. Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Excellent communicator who builds trust and influence across teams. Passionate about culture, inclusion, and helping people grow.
