Department:
People and Culture

Location:
London, UK

Description
As our HR Business Partner, you'll play a dual role: leading our talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire the people who will fuel our growth, while also partnering with leaders to shape the broader people agenda. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced strategic Talent Acquisition professional who wants to broaden their scope into HR business partnering and gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

  • Design and execute a company-wide hiring strategy that meets business growth needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and deliver a consistent, inclusive recruitment process.
  • Champion employer brand initiatives that showcase our culture and help position us as a destination employer.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, with timely, transparent communication at every stage.
  • Use data and metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to inform and continuously improve talent acquisition.

HR Business Partnering

  • Build trusted relationships with leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and challenge to strengthen leadership capability.
  • Oversee key moments of the employee lifecycle—including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding—ensuring they are consistent and impactful.
  • Collaborate on initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, and culture.
  • Contribute to organisational change and scaling efforts, anticipating people impacts and helping leaders manage transitions effectively.

What You'll Bring (Skills, Experience & Mindset)

  • Strong track record in talent acquisition, ideally in a scaling tech or high-growth environment.
  • Desire to broaden into HR business partnering, with some prior HR generalist or partnering experience an advantage.
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding.
  • Understanding of HR best practice, employment law, and employee relations (or willingness to develop in these areas).
  • Data-driven approach to both recruitment and people outcomes.
  • A collaborative, relationship-first style—able to build trust quickly and influence with impact.
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-focused; comfortable with ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, with clear and concise written and verbal updates.
