About the Role As the Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Construction & Projects, you’ll own end‑to‑end hiring for mission‑critical roles across project management, construction delivery, design, and operations. You’ll have a deep understanding of how complex infrastructure and data centre projects are designed, built, and delivered—enabling you to identify and assess talent across planning, engineering, procurement and execution. You’ll partner closely with project directors, construction leads and operations managers to design structured hiring processes, shape interview panels, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while hiring at pace and scale. What You’ll Be Doing Own full‑cycle recruitment for Construction, Engineering, MEP, and HSE roles – from brief to offer. Partner with Project Leadership to forecast hiring needs and define competency‑based success profiles. Build strong pipelines of project delivery talent across design, build, commissioning, and operations. Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and behavioural fit. Advise hiring managers using market intelligence on availability, compensation, and competition. Ensure candidates experience a transparent, inclusive, and timely recruitment process. Coach hiring teams on best practice interviewing, bias reduction, and decision‑making discipline. Represent Nscale at industry events and in professional networks to attract specialist talent. Use funnel metrics and hiring data to drive process improvements and raise quality of hire. Stay current on construction, MEP, and safety talent trends – translating insights into sourcing strategies. About You Experienced recruiter specialising in construction, infrastructure, and technical project disciplines (MEP, HSE, commissioning, design, or data‑centre delivery). Technically fluent – understands project lifecycles, construction environments, and safety frameworks. Proven ability to hire for both office‑based and site‑based roles across multiple project phases. Skilled stakeholder manager who builds credibility with project and technical leadership. Data‑driven, with proficiency in ATS/CRM systems (e.g. Greenhouse). Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
